While Goodman aims to equip its properties with innovative features that improve energy efficiency and performance, of equal importance is the well-being features for customers and their staff. The Venlo III Logistics Centre, located in Trade Port Noord, one of the largest logistics parks in the Netherlands, is a highly future-proof logistics space.
Many small design details at our properties are proof that we prioritise good health and well-being at work. For example, our new Venlo property includes EV charging stations for personnel’s cars and bikes (in a covered bike shed), offices with windows from ceiling to floor are oriented towards the surrounding forest, and there’s an open terrace on the office block roof for breaks. Specific features in consultation with our customer ensures this logistics centre is a great place to work and delivers on the well-being of employees.
The presence of plants lowers workplace stress and enhances staff productivity.

In Trade Port Noord, which is one of the most important logistics hubs in the Netherlands, there are a lot of trucks coming and going. To ensure that safety is maintained and to avoid any excess noise, we’ve separated truck traffic from staff traffic. Furthermore, we’ve also fenced in the entire property and ensured there is crash protection and lit escape routes, in case of an emergency.
