real,- Digital Fulfillment GmbH, one of the largest multi-channel logistics service providers in Germany, will be opening a new 12,000 sqm logistics centre at the Lutterberg Industrial Estate near Kassel. real,- Digital will be the first customer to join the 20,800 sqm property which is currently being developed and will be complete in June 2019. An 8,800 sqm unit is still available for lease in this strategic logistics location.

As a subsidiary of the Metro Group, real,- Digital Fulfillment GmbH has business relationships across Europe. With more than 5,000 merchants, offering more than 12 million products in over 5,000 different categories.

The region around Kassel has become a popular location with the logistics industry due to its ability to provide the shortest possible lead times to facilitate “overnight” delivery to anywhere in Germany. Companies can benefit from a service at the nearby Kassel freight traffic centre (GVZ Kassel), that offers the latest possible cut off times for packages in Germany while still providing a next day delivery at a specified time.
