DSV

Overview

Goodman is the first point of contact for logistics service providers when it comes to developing more flexible and cost efficient logistics facilities. Sustainability and cost-effectiveness are combined in a modern solution, as demonstrated in the development of a new 21,000 m² logistics centre in the Bavarian town of Langenbach.

The logistics service provider DSV benefits from the flexible solutions provided by the global property group. It is the third time that the client has opted for the experience of the European market leader in the development of logistics space.

Goodman has the capacity to develop the most modern logistics facilities on time and in budget. After only five months, DSV was operating the new centre, using energy efficient pellet and underfloor heating.

The sustainability of the plant was an important issue for DSV. A blower-door test showed that Goodman had achieved the most airtight logistics facility in Germany. It was 98% below the permissible air exchange rate.
