Goodman Group (“Goodman” or “Group”), a global leader in the ownership, development and management of industrial real estate, has secured a new 12,000 sqm lease agreement with Alza.cz (Alza), the largest online supplier of electronics to the Czech and Slovak markets. This agreement confirms Goodman’s leading position in the field of ecommerce logistics space. The space being leased by Alza forms part of a new 15,500 sqm facility recently completed by Goodman at its Senec Logistics Centre in Slovakia. Alza is leasing an area of 12,000 sqm and the remaining 3,500 sqm was developed on a speculative basis. Goodman signed lease agreements with companies NAY a.s., Quehenberger Logistics and Agility earlier this year at the property.

Goodman Czech Republic today announced the conclusion of lease agreement with UTC, a leading European distributor of household goods. Commencing as of November 1, 2014, UTC enters into the 7-years long lease of the 8,300 sqm premises in the Goodman logistics park in Jažlovice.
